We love ABS in San Diego! My family has trusted them for 2+ years to help care for our mom. They have always been responsive, listening to our needs to make sure our mom gets the best care. Standout team leaders like Erika G. who always takes my call and finds solutions is the absolute best - I can really count on her. Our caregiver, Traci G., is excellent and is a true partner to us. I am so thankful for the team at A Better Solution. When my grandmother had a stroke, we were lost and didn't know what to do. It was hard. It truly felt like A Better Solution was there for us and they cared. They walked us through everything. The caregivers they gave us were amazing. They were so compassionate and caring. My Aunt currently has Better Solutions for her home care. The scheduling staff are on top of her hours that need to be covered. I want to say 2 special thank you’s to a supervisor and a caregiver. Erika Garcia for ALWAYS being available for me to discuss concerns, scheduling, or praise’s I have for a caregiver. Even on your days off or on vacation you get back to me right away. You truly are an asset to this Company and to me by helping me navigate my aunts care! Na’Shay Spence your work ethic says it all about you. When shifts need to be filled in for whatever the reason. You are there for my aunt, even if it ends up being a 12 hr shift! The things I ask of you to do on a daily basis get done. Raul, at A Better Solution in Home Care, is kind and compassionate and worked tirelessly to help our family find an appropriate placement to care for a family member. He is an excellent communicator and extremely prompt with providing information and responses. He was incredibly patient with my questions. A true ally during a very difficult and stressful time! A Better Solution CNA school provided the most excellent teaching. Mrs. Sabrina’s teaching goes above and beyond ensuring all of us get a solid understanding of what we need to know in CNA environment. She was there with us EVERY step and made sure we understood our mistakes and explained anything that we were unsure of in class. Our class has aspiring Nurses and a PA who wanted to experience hands-on before going into the field and we all are so lucky to have chosen A Better Solution CNA school as it helped guide us through the first part of our journey. Regarding the skills exam, Roy was the individual who taught us and he did a phenomenal job! We all passed both parts of the exams thanks to the wonderful instructors here.
