Recently, our Care Manager, Erika, had the honor of joining client Lucilla, her family, and community partners to commemorate an extraordinary milestone: Lucilla’s 100th birthday.
Reaching 100 years of age is a remarkable achievement in itself. For Lucilla, the occasion was even more meaningful as she is also a proud veteran who dedicated part of her life to serving our country. Her century of experiences, resilience, and service provided countless reasons to celebrate.
To make the day truly special, TruCare partnered with Julian Nelson of Hearth and Home to create a customized three-course dining experience for Lucilla and her family. The thoughtfully prepared meal provided an opportunity for loved ones to gather, share memories, and honor the incredible woman at the center of the celebration.
Surrounded by family, friends, and community supporters, Lucilla enjoyed a day filled with connection, gratitude, and joy. The gathering reflected the importance of celebrating not only milestones, but also the relationships and memories that make each life unique.
